Today Amanda is sharing a simple and delicious cocktail with us. This grapefruit gin & tonic is refreshing and a nice twist to a classic gin & tonic. And best of all it is easy and fast to make and the perect signature drink for summer entertaining. 

Grapefruit Gin & Tonic 

1.5 oz gin

4 oz. grapefruit soda

Mint

Grapefruit garnish

Pour gin and soda over ice and garnish with mint and grapefruit wedges
